Business Icon® is an Australian young leader’s competition that brings together top business leaders and young people aged 18-25 to bridge the gap between education and employment.
The competition challenges its’ participants to work on real life business tasks, first in teams and then as individuals to prove they stand out in a highly competitive environment.
Business Icon also works with Australian based charities and social causes, to enable participants to experience what it means to be a leader with a social conscience, using their skills and creativity to help those in need. Established in 2005, Business Icon® has engaged more than 700 young people in the program, raised more than $275,000 for charities and has an impressive track record of leading figure heads who champion the program.
